• Respect intellectual property and privacy of others.
• Do not share paid materials outside your account unless explicitly permitted.

We may throttle or block traffic that degrades the Service for others.

Pricing is listed on course pages. Any taxes and currency conversions may apply.

• All fees are due at purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your account settings.
• Refunds are handled per the course-specific refund window, if available.
• We may change prices prospectively with notice.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, and our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

• For subscription customers, we will email reasonable advance notice where required.
